Why It Matters
Hygiene products like shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, and laundry detergent are essential to daily life—but aren’t covered by government assistance programs. Many families in Kansas City struggle to afford these necessities, impacting their health, confidence, and overall well-being.
Giving the Basics is making a difference by providing hygiene products to over 400,000 people in the Kansas City area through schools, pantries, police departments, and senior centers. With your help, we can continue to support this important mission.
How You Can Help
We’re collecting hygiene items at our office throughout March. Simply drop off your donations during business hours, and we’ll deliver everything to Giving the Basics.

- Toothpaste
