Many people in Kansas City don’t have access to the basic things needed by families: lotion, cleaning spray, shampoo, deodorant, toilet paper, laundry detergent and other personal hygiene.
We are proud to partner with Giving the Basics and host a Dignity Drive this April to collect items that many of us take for granted.
You can participate by donating basic hygiene items. Simply drop off your donation at our office anytime during business hours during the month of April.
Most-Needed Items
- All Purpose Cleaner
- Deodorant
- Laundry Detergent
- Toilet Paper
- Toothpaste
- Shampoo
- Conditioner
- Lotion
- Feminine Hygiene
Our office will also be donating items including toothpaste and toothbrushes that are vital to maintaining good oral health.
These products immediately impact low-income families with small children, students, battered women, veterans, seniors, former prisoners and the mentally ill. Your donation will help children attend school feeling fresh so they feel comfortable in the learning environment and they assure adults have the dignity they need so they can gain employment.
Thank you for helping us serve vulnerable populations in our community!
