We will be going out-of-network with Delta Dental on June 1st, 2023. Your care is always our top priority and this decision reflects that. We apologize for the inconvenience.
You are still welcome to be seen in our office (we love our patients!), but your insurance will not work the same.
Here are your 4 choices and how they work:
- Continue care at Sloop Dental Co. with Delta Dental
- You will be asked to pay for your treatment or cleaning the day of your appointment
- We will file your dental claim with Delta Dental
- Delta Dental will reimburse you directly, by mailing you a check
- The reimbursement will be lower than what you paid at your time of service (you will not be fully reimbursed for your services)
- Continue care at Sloop Dental Co. and drop your insurance
- We offer a discounted rate for cash payments
- You will be asked to pay for your treatment or cleaning the day of your appointment
- Switch your dental insurance
- We accept most dental insurance
- If you get the plan through your employer, ask if they offer different dental plans
- If you are looking for a new plan, these are some good options:
- Met Life PDP Plus
- United Healthcare PPO
- Ameritas
- Humana PPO
- Guardian
- Please check with the insurance company to see if Dr. Jacquelyn Sloop is in-network before purchasing a plan
- Find another provider that is in-network with Delta Dental
- Please call our office ASAP if you would like to cancel your future appointment
- Tip: Start looking for a new dental office now, some offices are not accepting new patients or have long wait times to be seen
